Juba 213 inimeseni on jõudnud selle ettevõtte bränding aga tema tegevusi ei jälgi ükski kasutaja. Keskmiselt on ettevõtet hinnatud 2,3 punktiga aga kommenteeritud ei ole.

Tegevusaruanne 2023

Softbrik OÜ is a Software as a Service (SaaS) startup with bricks of software. Softbrik OÜ was founded in the autumn of 2018, and ever since we have been building, measuring, and learning.

In 2020 a subsidiary (Softbrik Health Sarl) was registered in Luxembourg and although we had two healthcare clients in 2022, we have now in 2023 decided to close the subsidiary. Due to missing support from the authorities in Luxembourg in the last months of 2023 the subsidiary will only close in 2024. Our primary focus remains on Telco and customer support teams, which we have been serving from Softbrik OÜ. Going forward into next year, we will move any healthcare related customers to be supported also by Softbrik OU.

As the expected growth for 2023 was not fulfilled we also had to pause any further extension of the team beyond the 2 founders.

Depending on how 2023 sales goes we will restart the search for additional personal in Tallinn.

Technically, we have learned that we need to adapt to native apps as much as our current focus on webapps. This approach requires additional research and development, and we are looking forward to 2024 with great anticipation, believing that we can build the software the customers want and need.

Our branding and online outbound marketing efforts have stagnated leading us to rethink our marketing strategy.

As of 31.12.2023, the equity of Softbrik OÜ does not meet the requirements set out in the Commercial Code, therefore it is mandatory to use the methods provided in §176 of the Commercial Code.
