The company did not carry out any economic activity during the financial year. There was no sales revenue. No employees were hired, and no services were provided. The company is currently at the preparation stage and plans to start economic activity in the coming year.

The company was established without making share capital contributions, as permitted by Estonian Commercial Code. Although the equity is currently less than 50% of the registered share capital, it remains positive. Therefore, the situation is legally acceptable, and no immediate corrective action is required.
