As of the reporting date, the Company’s net assets are negative due to temporary factors. Management believes that this situation is temporary and does not indicate a material uncertainty regarding the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. An approved business plan provides for the restoration of positive net assets through an increase in sales and revenues in 2025–2026, including the improved sales efficiency, and enhancement of the product offering. Based on management’s financial forecasts, the expected growth in sales and profitability in 2025–2026 will be sufficient to cover accumulated losses and restore positive equity.
