The Management Board is taking all necessary and reasonable measures to improve the Company’s financial performance, increase profitability, and strengthen its overall financial position. Management continues to focus on revenue growth, cost optimisation, operational efficiency, and prudent cash flow management.

In addition, the Management Board is actively working to restore and maintain the Company’s net assets at an acceptable level. The Board regularly monitors the Company’s financial results and capital position and implements appropriate measures aimed at ensuring the Company’s sustainable development and long-term financial stability.

The Management Board believes that the actions currently being undertaken will contribute to the improvement of the Company’s profitability and support the achievement of an appropriate level of net assets in the future.
