During the fiscal year of 2023 Lumi Dental Oü's revenue grew significantly because the company corrected its invoicing practices towards its parent company in Finland. Lumi Dental Oü has been providing value adding services (treatment plans, production of clear aligners and monitoring of the treatments) related to all Group's Lumiliner treatments without invoicing the Group companies. During 2023 the invoicing was corrected to match the actual contribution of the treatments and as a result, Lumi Dental Oü's revenue grew to 456 150 €.

Accordingly, the net profit for the financial year of 2023 reached 186 979 €.

Growth in sales and improved profitability did not improve the company's cash position since the invoicing was settled against the earlier accrued debts from the parent company. Furthermore, during the fiscal year 2023 Lumi Dental OÜ sold ist subsidiary Osaühing PHR and used also the proceedings from the sales to pay back the debts to the parent company.

Unfortunately, Lumi Dental Oy, the parent company of Lumi Dental Oü was declared bankrupt during Nov. 2023 and entered into liquidation. As a result all the activities in its Estonian subsidiary were terminated during Nov., 2023 as well. Consequently, Lumi Dental

Oü has been removed from the local VAT register during March 2024 and the company will be closed down as soon as the liquidator of

Lumi Dental Oy gives his permission to execute the closure.
