Tegevusaruanne 2024

- During the 2024 reporting period (01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024) the company continued to provide software engineering and data-platform consulting services exclusively to Yellowbrick Data UK Ltd under a long-term consulting agreement. All work was performed from Estonia.

- Key risks relate to client concentration and foreign-exchange exposure, both mitigated by invoicing in euros and maintaining at least six months of operating cash.

- All tax obligations (corporate income tax, VAT, social tax and unemployment insurance) arise solely in Estonia and have been settled in full and on time.

- The company did not acquire or dispose of any fixed assets in 2024 and does not plan significant capital expenditure for 2025.

- In March 2024, the company paid €8,000 in total dividends to its sole shareholder because of sustainable cash flows and increasing cash reserves. Based on a stable and successful operations plan for 2025 is to distribute dividends in an amount exceeding the 2024 distribution.

- Based on current financial resources, anticipated collections, and no foreseeable adverse events, the board confirms that the company has adequate resources to continue operations and meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least twelve months following the balance sheet date.
