Overview of the Year:

In 2023, HRToolbox OÜ focused on setting up the necessary infrastructure for our future operations. Although we have not yet launched sales or marketing campaigns, we have prepared the groundwork for these initiatives. We have an agreement with FuryFerret OÜ, which allows us to use their brand and product without any cost. This year involved establishing our digital presence, securing a domain, and organizing web hosting.

Financial Status:

HRToolbox OÜ has not generated any revenue yet as our market activities are still to be initiated. The expenses incurred were minimal, largely related to setting up our online infrastructure.

Agreements and Licensing:

We have a free licensing agreement with FuryFerret OÜ that permits us to use their brand and product at no cost. Consistent with this agreement, we intend to offer the product to end users for free initially, which is part of our strategy to gain user traction and establish our market presence without immediate revenue generation.

Plans for Next Year:

We are planning to kick off our marketing and sales efforts to introduce our product to potential customers and start building our user base.

Future Outlook:

Looking forward, we are eager to commence our operational activities and begin generating revenue. Initially, our earnings will be directed towards covering operational expenses and enhancing our share capital. Once we establish a stable operational footing, we will evaluate and initiate financial arrangements with FuryFerret OÜ concerning the ongoing use of their product.
