During the reporting period, the company did not conduct any significant activities. As of 31 December 2024, the company’s net assets were below the statutory minimum capital requirement established by the Estonian Commercial Code.

The shareholder intends to pay in the outstanding share capital in the near future in order to restore the company’s net assets to comply with the requirements of the law. No other material events or transactions occurred during the reporting period.
