In 2024, the company ROBBOTEX OÜ continued operating in the field of courier and delivery services under cooperation with Wolt

Eesti OÜ. The main activity consisted of organising and providing last-mile delivery services within Tallinn and nearby areas.

The total revenue for the financial year amounted to 123,700 EUR. The company maintained stable operations and ensured continuous fulfilment of delivery tasks. Operating expenses consisted mainly of fuel, vehicle maintenance, equipment costs, communication services, and salary payments to employees and contractors. Total expenses amounted to 101,600 EUR.

No significant risks or uncertainties affected the company’s activities during the year. The company did not make any large investments and did not take long-term loans. Cash flow remained stable, and the company ended the year with a positive result.

As of the end of 2024, the company’s financial position is strong. Net assets comply with the requirements of the Estonian

Commercial Code.

There were no extraordinary events after the reporting date that would affect the financial year’s results.

The management confirms that the company will continue its operations in 2025 and does not foresee any material risks that could endanger the continuity of business activities.
