The company recorded total operating expenses of EUR 586,725.68 (including costs from all accounts and project subgroups), resulting in a negative operating result for the year. As at 31 December 2024, the company’s total assets amounted to EUR 1,008.

Equity position and restoration plan

As at 31 December 2024, the company’s equity was less than half of its share capital, which does not meet the requirements set out in the

Estonian Commercial Code.

The company plans to restore equity during 2025 through the following measures:

Increasing revenue by expanding cooperation with existing clients and attracting new customers;

Optimising operating expenses to improve profitability;

Considering an additional capital contribution from the shareholder if necessary.

Management believes that these measures will ensure that the company’s equity position will be restored to the required level within the next financial year.
