Management Report 2024 – DAFA OÜ

DAFA OÜ continued its activities in 2024 with a focus on managing existing investments and minimizing operational expenses. The company did not generate new revenue from business operations in 2024. The primary activities included managing its equity interest in ABDF OÜ and maintaining IT infrastructure.

At the end of the financial year, the company’s net assets fell below the minimum requirement established by the Estonian Accounting Act §24 (10). The management is aware of this situation and is actively considering measures to restore the net assets to the required level. Options under consideration include the injection of additional capital by the shareholders, increasing business activity, or implementing cost-saving strategies.

No significant risks are expected in the short term, as the company’s obligations are manageable and there are no overdue liabilities. The management will continuously monitor the financial situation and take the necessary actions to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
