Equity position and plan to restore it

As at 31 December 2024 the company’s equity was below its registered share capital of € 50. The management board expects 2025 operations to generate sufficient profit to eliminate the deficit, and no dividends will be paid until equity is restored. Should the year-end profit prove insufficient, the shareholder will convert part of the existing owner loan into a non-refundable equity contribution. The board confirms the company will continue as a going concern.
