Business activity & results

In its start-up year NAB Solutions OÜ provided back-office support to one client, earning € 654. Start-up and IT costs totalled € 696, so the year closed with a net loss of € -42.

Financial position

Cash at year-end was € 654. All liabilities (€ 696) were an interest-free loan from the sole shareholder who had paid the start-up expenses, leaving equity at –€ 42 (below the Commercial Code § 176 threshold).

Equity-restoration plan

By Q3 2025 the company had already generated more than € 50 in new revenue, which will eliminate the € 42 deficit when recognised in the 2025 accounts. After equity is positive, the shareholder intends to repay the loan from available cash; this transaction will not affect the restored equity level.

Should 2025 results deviate, the shareholder is ready to contribute additional capital to keep equity compliant.

Events after balance-sheet date

No events affecting the 2024 statements occurred other than the equity decision above.

Outlook 2025

The company expects more revenue and a positive annual result.
