Aurea CV OÜ was incorporated on 18 March 2024 to develop digital platforms for challenge-based learning and blockchain-based credentialing (Ewance). During the initial nine-month period the company focused on: securing core intellectual-property rights and preparing technical infrastructure; validating the market with first pilot clients, generating €36 895 in service revenue; financing operations through shareholder loans (€5 510 outstanding at year-end) and reinvesting all earnings into further product development.

No employees were hired and no salaries or dividends were paid in 2024. The company ended the period with a profit of €20 794 and positive cash position.

Events after the reporting date & outlook

In January 2025 the company collected the €24 999 receivable from its major client (Takeda). Management will use 2025 to complete a commercial MVP, expand sales to additional corporate and academic partners, and begin reimbursing pre-incorporation founder expenses as cash flow allows. No significant risks or uncertainties beyond normal start-up market risks have been identified.
