2025 Year in Review

In the autumn, we initiated formal appeals and meetings to better and more substantively align public sector plans and the role of the private sector (including the SAIS 3 topic) with the principles agreed upon earlier.

By the end of the year, we received official confirmation from the Ministry of Education and Research (HTM), along with agreements for the way forward.

Together with HTM, we will go over procurement plans

HTM confirmed that the HTM/MKM/EdTech Estonia Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) remains valid and will be updated in 2026.

We will begin regular meetings between HTM’s content departments and EdTech companies.

Market consultations: HTM confirmed that market consultations will be conducted prior to procurement going forward.
