Planned Actions to Restore Equity: "The company was established without initial contributions to share capital. Currently, the equity equals zero, which meets the minimum requirement of non-negative equity. The company plans to restore equity to meet the legal requirement of at least 50% of the share capital (€1,250) by: 1. Increasing revenue and profitability through business activities in the upcoming financial year.

2. Postponing dividends or other distributions until equity is sufficiently restored.

3. Exploring potential shareholder contributions or recapitalization if necessary to ensure compliance with the Estonian Commercial Code."
