During the 2025 financial year, the company did not engage in any economic activity. No sales revenue was earned, no expenses were incurred, no employees were hired, and no remuneration or other benefits were paid to the members of the management board.

The company's financial position remained unchanged compared to the previous financial year.

The company's net equity is below half of the registered share capital because the company was established with unpaid share capital. The management board intends to continue the company's activities and, when appropriate, restore the company's equity in accordance with the requirements of the Estonian Commercial Code and the Accounting Act.
