Management Board member. Following the death of his mother, the director suffered from a severe depressive illness, which led to a complete halt of all business operations and sales activities.

As a direct result of operations ceasing, the company lost its income stream and subsequently fell into arrears, including liabilities to its accounting service provider. This operational breakdown also caused a failure to file statutory tax declarations on time.

Due to the outstanding liabilities exceeding the company's assets, the company is permanently insolvent. The Management Board sees no possibility of restoring operations and is therefore legally obligated to address this situation. The process to file a bankruptcy petition will be initiated.
