Monese Ltd is a UK company and the parent of a group that offers current accounts and debit card services as an alternative to traditional banks to consumers. The mobile-only service provides accounts in Pounds Sterling, Euros and

Romanian Leu, and is available in the UK and across the EU.

Monese Europe AS is a 100%-owned subsidiary of Monese Ltd in the UK. It was registered in order to become the future recipient of business activity related to EU customers from another group entity. The main business activity of the company will be to offer current accounts and debit card services to EU consumers.

The key investment since the incorporation of the company is the transfer of the share capital from parent company.

There is no plan for investment in the next year.

There were no research and development activities carried out since incorporation of the company and not planned.

No events which may affect the results of the following financial year have occurred during preparation of the annual report for the year 2023.
