FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE:

Revenue for the reporting period amounted to 14,786.60 EUR, consisting primarily of rental income (7,940.02 EUR) from property rental activities and other income (6,846.58 EUR) from various property-related services and activities.

Operating expenses totaled 16,654.42 EUR, which includes property operating expenses such as utilities, community fees, cleaning services, property maintenance, professional services, and other business-related costs necessary for the proper operation of rental properties.

The company incurred a net loss of 1,867.82 EUR for the reporting period. This loss is primarily attributable to property operating expenses exceeding rental income, which is common in the early stages of property rental operations. The company has sufficient financial resources and owner support to continue operations and expects improved performance as rental operations mature.
