December 2024. The company focused primarily on administrative setup, registration, and preparation for future operations. No employees were hired during the period, and the company operated solely with the founder’s contribution.

As of 31 December 2024, the company's financial position is stable, with EUR 1,000 in cash and no liabilities. There were no significant risks, events, or developments after the reporting date.

The management remains committed to scaling the business and initiating operations in 2025.
