The company was established with the intention to develop and release software applications. Although no applications were released during the reporting period, development activities have commenced, and the company plans to continue operations with the intention to release an application in the near future.

No significant events affecting the company occurred after the end of the reporting period.

The management board confirms that the annual report presents fairly the financial position and performance of the company in accordance with the Estonian Accounting Act applicable to micro undertakings.
