Juba 69 inimeseni on jõudnud selle ettevõtte bränding aga tema tegevusi ei jälgi ükski kasutaja. Ettevõttele hinnanguid antud ei ole ja kommentaarid puuduvad samuti.

Tegevusaruanne 2023

Aastal 2023 sooritas Lysistrate MTÜ järgmised tegevused: 1. Toetas tulevasi naisettevõtjaid peamiselt Ida-Virumaa piirkonnas septembrist detsembrini kestnud kolmekuulise hübriidprogrammiga FFEIV.

See programm toetas kokku 24 osalejat kõigis projekti faasides: laager, erinevad töötoad ja demopäev. Tegevust toetas rahaliselt Startup

Estonia 7000 euroga.

2. Toetas ChangemakerXchange kogukonna sotsiaalseid ettevõtjaid DEI põhimõtte (mitmekesisus, võrdsus ja kaasatus) rakendamisel oma talendijuhtimise protsessidesse. Lysistrate korraldas 2023. aasta novembris kaks koolitust. Koolituse sisu on loodud Lysistrate eelneva tegevuse tulemusena, ja see oli planeeritud järgmise (kolmanda) projekti turundusena. Seda tegevust toetas rahaliselt ChangemakerXchange 415 euroga.

3. Viis Tallinna Ülikoolis läbi interdistsiplinaarse kursuse, mis kaasas üliõpilasi, et tutvustada mitmekesisuse edendamise vajalikkust ja põhitõdesid ning kaasamist talendijuhtimises. Tulemuseks oli praktilise tööriistakomplekti loomine, mis pakub ettevõtetele ja teistele organisatsioonidele, eriti personaliosakondadele, tõhusaid praktikaid, et suurendada mitmekesisust, vähendada alateadlikku eelarvamust värbamis-, valiku- ja edutamisprotsessides ning vähendada naiste lahkumist töökohtadelt. Kokku panustas sellesse projekti oma valikõppekava raames 18 TLÜ tudengit. See algatus ei saanud Tallinna Ülikoolilt rahalist toetust.

Lysistrate MTÜ is an NGO that aims to empower communities by leveraging privilege for the benefit of less privileged populations, with a special focus on female empowerment and sustainability. The organization was founded in April 2023 in Estonia and supported activities within the country. It has two founders: Aikaterini Evangelia Chantzi and Hanna Gerta Alamets, who envision a sustainable world where individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds create limitless opportunities for themselves.

For the year 2023, Lysistrate MTÜ completed the following activities: 1. Supported future female entrepreneurs, mainly in Ida-Virumaa, with the FFEIV program, a three-month hybrid program running from

September to December. This program supported 24 participants in total across all project activities: a boot camp, numerous workshops, and a demo day. The activity was financially supported by Startup Estonia with €7000.

2. Supported social entrepreneurs of the ChangemakerXchange community to include DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) in their talent management processes by organizing two virtual trainings in November 2023. The content of the training was created by a preceding activity carried out by Lysistrate, and it was considered a dissemination activity of the following project. This activity was financially sponsored by ChangemakerXchange with 415€.

3. Conducted an interdisciplinary course at Tallinn University involving students to learn about promoting diversity and inclusion in talent management. The outcome was the creation of a practical toolkit that equips companies and other organizations, especially HR departments, with effective policies and practices to increase diversity, reduce unconscious bias in recruitment, selection, and promotion processes, and reduce the high turnover rate for women in the workplace. In total, 18 students of TLU contributed to this project as part of their elective curriculum. This initiative did not receive financial support from Tallinn University.

The organisation is a non-profit organisation that is not focused on profitable activities. The Management Board confirms completeness and correctness of Lysistrate MTÜ 2023 financial statements. Lysistrate MTÜ is an ongoing organisation.
