WHAT DOES MONITORING TRACK?

Changes that may affect your business.

A one-time background check shows today’s position. Monitoring keeps you informed about what happens after cooperation begins.

01

Debts and payment behaviour

Learn when debts arise or end. Tracking tax debts and payment defaults helps identify payment risk.

02

Credit score and credit limit

Notice changes in credit scores and whether credit limits are opened or closed. Review your partner’s payment terms when needed.

03

Management and ownership changes

Learn about changes to the management board, owners or registry data. Notice when new decision-makers take over at an existing business partner.

04

Ratings and comments

Learn about ratings and new comments concerning your company, so customer questions and critical feedback do not go unnoticed.

GOOD TO KNOW

Company monitoring questions

Monitoring helps identify changes. It does not guarantee payment or replace debt collection.

What is company monitoring?

Company monitoring tracks changes in selected companies and alerts you to important events involving debts, credit scores and management.

Can I monitor other companies?

Yes. In addition to your own companies, you can add customers, business partners and suppliers. Scope and pricing depend on your service.

Are alerts sent by email?

Yes. You can choose the alert frequency in monitoring settings, and events are also available on the dashboard.

Is monitoring free?

Monitoring your own companies is free for management board members. When you log in with your ID card and your identity is linked to your board role, these companies are added automatically. Options and pricing for other companies depend on your package and the number of companies. See the monitoring service description for details.

How is monitoring different from a background check?

A background check assesses a company at a specific moment. Monitoring continues tracking changes afterwards.

Does monitoring collect debts?

No. Monitoring tracks changes in a company’s situation; it is not a debt collection service. For collecting debts, see the debt management options.
