M4 Europe Management Report 2024

M4 Europe exists to ignite church planting movements across Europe. In 2024, we were actively involved in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Czechia,

Estonia, Latvia, Moldova, Ukraine, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Poland, France, the United Kingdom, and Germany. We also developed partnerships in South Africa and Australia.

We continued with 2 programs: (cid:127) M4 Ready – a 9-month training platform for younger leaders, including a study trip to London in March.

(cid:127) M4 Team Process – a two-year pathway designed to assist churches in their early church planting efforts.

M4 Europe successfully raised and distributed funds to support a range of ministries throughout Europe. We ensured that all funds were monitored and used responsibly. In addition, we continued to respond to the refugee crisis caused by the ongoing war in Ukraine.

The Board met four times—twice online and twice in person (gatherings in Norway and Spain). National leadership teams and M4 leaders also gathered during these in-person meetings, fostering unity and strategic development.

M4 Europe continued expanding its network and donor partnerships in the United States. A significant milestone in 2024 was the formal establishment of M4 USA, created to facilitate long-term fundraising efforts. We anticipate that by mid-2025, all U.S. donations will be routed through M4 USA, transitioning away from The Center for Strategic Ministry.
