Management report 2023

The work of M4 Europe is to ignite church planting movements all over Europe. We are currently working in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Czechia,

Estonia, Latvia, Moldova, Ukraine, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Poland, France, UK, and Germany.

M4 Europe continues to support the work of M4 Ready, our 9 month training platform for younger leaders, as well as the M4 Team Process which helps churches in the first 2 years of their planting efforts. In 2023, this work increased significantly in Europe leading to more projects done by M4 Europe and to adding more staff to the organization.

In 2023, M4 Europe was able to fundraise and distribute funds to several ministries throughout Europe as well as to oversee that these funds were used properly. M4 Europe continued to help with the refugee crisis as a result of the war in Ukraine.

M4 leaders and national teams were able to gather twice, in Norway and Romania.

In 2023, changes took place in the Board of M4 Europe. Theo Bunescu and Craig Hamer stepped down from the Board. The following new members were appointed: Jiri Unger, Petre Bunescu, Martin Erwin, Terje Dahle, Oivind Augland, Peter Hrubo and Josh Lindstrom.

M4 Europe continued to expand its network and fundraising efforts in the United States by establishing long term relationships and partnerships to help the work in Europe.

We anticipate 2024 to be an exciting year of strengthening but also expanding the work.
