ELA Report of the event 2023.

On 27th May 2023, the Estiee Lanka Association came live with the first public event, the Chitral Live in Tallinn Concert. Chitral is a renowned

Sri Lankan artist who is based in Germany. Several local artists also colored the nights with locals' favorites.

The concert concluded with a wide range of attendees who came from as far as Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Latvia and not to forget

Estonia and presented several nationalities. Although the main focus was Sri Lankan expats craving a taste of home-grown flavor, organizers were incredibly pleased to have an international crowd in the audience with Estonian, Finish, Ukrainian, Russian, Iranian, Indian, Azerbaijanian,

Germans and Swedish among them.

Not only the audience was international, but so the performers; unique talents of Estonian, Azerbaijanian, and Swedish added color to the evening, making Chitral Somapala Live in Tallinn a night of reminiscence for Sri Lankans but true collaborations beyond borders.

One of the favorite crowd's attractions was Olga Bulavina vocalization of one of Sinhalese classic song "Ganga Addara" The event marked as a success as many Sri Lankan expats in Estonian, Latvia and Sweden, and even local fans gathered to enjoy the music and Sri Lankan cuisines by "Kamuda".
