AS Taure started operations in April 1992. The main activity was car transport. At the same time, representation of the Finnish tractor factory Valmet Traktorit OY brand Valmet was started.

The company made the largest investment in 2007, when the South Estonian tractor and agricultural machinery sales and service center was completed in Ülenurme. Today, the South Estonian branch generates 51% of the turnover.

The company is not affected by changes in exchange rates and stock market prices, the impact of interest rate changes may occur as loans and leases are linked to EURIBOR. A 1% increase in EURIBOR does not yet have a significant impact.

The sale of agricultural machinery is important and their acquisition is seasonal.
