INDOOR GROUP AS was established in 1996 and its parent company is Indoor Group OY, which is registered in Finland and has been part of the Sievi Capital Group since 30.06.2017. Originally, the company was named Asko Mööbli AS. In 2000, the company acquired the entire business of Sotka Eesti OÜ and the new name of the company became INDOOR GROUP AS. Both trademarks "Asko" and "Sotka" were retained for customers.
The aim of INDOOR GROUP AS is to offer its customers a wide range of products, thereby providing the customer with the opportunity to furnish an entire apartment or house, offering both classic and modern home and garden furniture. Other interior elements are also available in the stores, aiming to provide customers with a complete solution. All Asko and Sotka store displays, interior design and activities are based on the concept developed by the Finnish parent company and are used in both Finland and Estonia.

The loss before taxation in 2022 amounted to -912 thousand euros! (2021: 134 thousand euros!). In order to reduce the loss, the store on Kadaka tee in Tallinn will be closed in 2023.
