The year 2022 was marked by changes in the composition of the board members. Aleksander Tumko stepped down from the board, marking a significant shift in the company's leadership. The main activities carried out in 2022 were as follows: 1. The primary activity was considered to be engineering services (design and development of technological projects) and project management services. 2. From the significant engineering projects, the following projects were successfully completed: 2.1. The reconstruction project of BFB boiler no. 2 SILPOWER. 2.2. The reconstruction projects of Kiviõli power plant boilers no. 1 and no. 2. 2.3. The design and construction of KKTOil OÜ shale oil cooling station. 2.4. The project of new factory ENEFIT-280-2 pipeline routes and estacades. The plans for 2023 are as follows: 1. To continue with the primary activity of engineering services (design and development of technological projects) and project management services. 2. To reorganize the equipment supply group and eliminate the position of commercial director. 3. From the significant engineering and technical projects, the following projects are expected to be successfully completed, for which contracts have already been signed: 3.1. A comprehensive project 'turnkey' - IRU power plant boiler no. 2 reconstruction. 3.2. A comprehensive project 'turnkey'– Paide power plant boiler starter burner replacement. 3.3. Kiviõli power plant boiler no. 4 reconstruction project. 3.4. KKT Oil OÜ generator gas - gas pipeline project. 4. The main financial ratios of AS ENTEH ENGINEERING are as follows: In 2022, the sales revenue was 2116503, a decrease of 4.1% from 2207176 in 2021. The net profit was 216601, a significant increase from 21487 in 2021. Despite the decrease in sales revenue, the company managed to increase its net profit, indicating efficient management and cost control.
