We are an operator of the Baltic securities market infrastructure, which aims to ensure a regulated, safe and transparent environment for issuers, investors and financial intermediaries.

The markets and different procedures separated by the Baltic States can make it difficult to raise capital and cross-border transactions; market participants need a reliable combination of data, trading and aftermarket services and common rules to encourage investment and support the functioning of the market.

We also offer regulated land-liability market platforms, central and secondary market services, market data and listing opportunities for smaller growth companies. Our role is to create a clear and appropriate environment in which companies can raise public capital and investors can trade in securities.

We differ in that we combine all three Baltic countries with one framework and act as part of a wider international network that allows common rules, common memorandum and a common information system. Our work will guide the Baltic markets towards a more open, reliable and accessible capital market.
