There is some seasonality in the business related to debt collection - during the winter period when heating bills are added, servicing existing obligations is somewhat more complicated. However, in the spring when the state tax refund takes place, it is easier to pay off old debts. In general, the debt collection sector is not very affected by the season.
The environmental impact of Julianus Inkasso is similar to that of any other medium-sized office company. Julianus
Inkasso's social impact in society is significant. As the largest participant in the debt collection market in Estonia, we have a unique role in this. It is clear that any economic activity generates a certain amount of disputes, such as lending generates a certain number of debts. Creditors, whose main activity is not dealing with debts, do not need to have specialized knowledge for managing overdue claims. It would also not be reasonable or sustainable to resolve all disputes in court. Julianus Inkasso's social task is to provide creditors with a functioning set of skills for resolving debt relationships and to contribute to the reliability of transaction turnover in Estonian society and to reducing credit losses.
