Founded in 2005, ByteLife Solutions OÜ is an IT infrastructure services and solutions company based on Estonian capital. Our main area of activity is the construction, design and security of platforms based on business-critical information systems. ByteLife also offers a full IT infrastructure service, which includes analysis, design, installation and maintenance. High-quality equipment and software from globally known and valued IT industry players are used in creating solutions. The company's client portfolio includes leading companies in the Nordic and

Baltic countries from both the private and public sectors, including Swedbank, SEB, ERGO Insurance SE, Eesti Energia and others.

In 2022, Bytelife Solutions OÜ focused on improving the scalability of the LogStack log management solution, which by the end of the year became available to all Estonian customers. The LogStack service has achieved a strategic share in the Estonian market, benefiting larger government agencies, educational institutions and commercial enterprises.

As in the previous 15 years of ByteLife Solutions OÜ history, we also focused in 2022 on IT infrastructure services and solutions (servers, data storage, virtualization, network, security, wifi, etc.), using our long-term partners Cisco, Dell/EMC, Nutanix and

Vmware. Cooperation with the aforementioned manufacturers is constantly evolving in terms of offering new products and solutions to our customers, and the goal is to maintain the market share leadership position in the sector in Estonia.

In 2022, the company invested 70 thousand euros in tangible fixed assets and 290 thousand euros in intangible fixed assets.

The geopolitical situation that changed in 2022, caused by Russia's aggression against Ukraine, has minimal impact on Bytelife's business.

In the opinion of the Management Board, ByteLife's 2022 financial results are strong and the unaudited half-year financial results for 2023 confirm that the decisions made are correct and meet market expectations. In the coming year, we will focus on: a) Developing LogStack services, including team growth b) Increasing ByteLife's value proposition and service differentiation in the Estonian market c) Launching new solutions, expanding the product portfolio with cybersecurity solutions and creating a team to support the solutions.

From ByteLife's perspective, the general operating environment is stable and the impact on financial results is minimal, including no significant environmental and social impacts associated with the operation. ByteLife has actively implemented factoring as a financial instrument and the risks associated with it are minimal considering the business environment. The risks associated with changes in exchange rates, interest rates and stock prices are minimal, as the main currency is EUR, there are no loans that would be associated with changing interest rates.
