      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      2024. aastal jätkas AS Kiviõli Kaubahoov oma tegevust jaekaubanduses ja kinnisvara üüritegevuses.

      Ettevõtte kogukäive võrreldes 2023. aastaga kasvas 2,5%.

      2024 aastal oli põhiprobleemiks klientide ostuhirm (Eesti elanike jätkuv hoiuste kasv) ja sellest tulenev tarbimise vähenemine. Hinnad meie müüdavate kaupade segmentides võrreldes eelmise perioodiga väga oluliselt ei tõusnud. 2024 aastal suutsime kaubajääke vähendada ca 14% ja jõudsime põhimõtteliselt oma tavapärastesse laoseisudesse.

      Tänu hoiustele ja kontojäägilt makstavate intresside tõusule suurendasime oma finantstululusid võrreldes 2023. aastaga 165%.

      Meie ettevõtte tegevusega ei kaasne olulisi keskkonnamõjusid, väikesesed mõjud on, aga need ei ole aastate lõikes kasvanud. Täidame ja ületame meie poolt maale toodud pakendite taaskasutuskohustust.

      Suure osa kasutatavast elektrist toodame oma päikesepargis. Kõigis oma tegutsemiskohtades täidame vastutustundlikult jäätmete liigiti kogumise kohustust.

      Ettevõttel on seos teatud määral müügi hooajalisusega nt kevadhooajal kasvab aiatehnika müük.

      2025. aastal jätkab ettevõte tegevust samades valdkondades, mingeid olulisi muudatusi me oma äritegevuses ei plaani. Samuti pole kavas suuremaid investeeringuid. Olulisi finatsriske me 2025. aastal ei oska ette näha.
