      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      2024.aastal tähistas ettevõte oma 31-ndat tegevusaastat. 2000.aastast on firma ametlik nimi äriregistris AS Taastusravikeskus

      Viiking. Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on majutusteenuste ja külastajatele lõõgastavate ning taastusraviprotseduuride ja iluteenuste osutamine.

      Hotell koosneb neljast kaasaegse ja modernse lahendusega korpusest, mis on omavahel ühendatud klaasgaleriidega. Hotellis kokku 157 numbrituba. Lisaks pakume võimalust meie seminarikeskuses korraldada seminare, koolitusi, nõupidamisi tavapärasest erinevas keskkonnas. 2015 avasime külastajatele uue vee- ja saunakeskuse „Viiking Saaga“.

      Aruandeaastal moodustas müügitulu 5 664 322 eurot. Hotelli täituvuseks oli 81,92%. Aasta lõppes 599 785 euro suuruse ärikasumiga ja 1 146 016 euro suuruse aruandeaasta kasumiga.

      2024. aastal investeeriti 215 727 eurot. Suuremad investeeringud : katuste uuendamine, lõpetati A ja B korpuse numbritubade uuendamine, uuendasime WIFI süsteemi, uuendasime valvekaamerate süsteemi, raviteenuste osutamiseks soetati põhivara, jne. 2024. aastal teostati remonditöid summas 433 315 eurot.

      2025 plaanis lõpetada katuste uuendamine, renoveerida A korpuse lift , renoveerida hotelli sissepääs.

      2024. majandusaastal avaldas olulist negatiivset mõju ettevõtte majandustegevusele 01.05.2024 kehtima hakanud Pärnu linna uus parkimiskorraldus, millega kaasnes nii külastajate rahulolematus, kui ka plaanivälised kulud (käibemaksuta summas 54 000 eurot ), seoses uue parkimiskorralduse kehtima hakkamisega.

      Vaatamata kasvavatele püsikuludele ja kiirele inflatsioonile, on AS Taastusravikeskus Viiking jätkusuutlik ettevõte ka edaspidi.
