      TEGEVUSARUANNE

      OÜ Topleks asutati 1992, asukohaga Kuressaare linnas.

      Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks oli plekist konservtaara stantsimine, mida kasutasid Saaremaa ja Hiiumaa kalakonservitööstused.Ettevõte lõpetas põhitootmise 2004 aastal. Peale tootmise lõpetamist oleme hooneid rentinud laopindadeks.

      2024.aasta renditulu oli 13314 EUR. Võrreldes 2023 aastaga suurenes renditulu 3332 EUR. .

      2024. aastal oli kasum 4203 EUR. Kasum suurenes võrreldes 2023 aastaga 3430 EUR. Kasum suurenes uute rentnike leidmisega.

      OÜ Toplex osakud kuuluvad OÜ Simarplex 57% ja OÜ Vahase 43%.

      2025 aastal jätkame ruumide rentimisega. Tuleb teha ka kulutusi tootmishoone remondiks.
