      AS Antaares tegevusaladeks on: (cid:127) üldehitustööd, (cid:127) välisveevarustus ja kanalisatsioonisüsteemid, (cid:127) jaekaubandus ja kütuse jaemüük.

      AS Antaares rakendab alates 2013.a ISO juhtimissüsteemi standardeid.

      AS Antaares poolt 2024.a teostatud suuremate tööde loetelu: (cid:127) Tapa Roheline 12 korterelamu rekonstrueerimine; (cid:127) Korterelamu Kalevipoja 1 Kadrina terviklik rekonstrueerimine; (cid:127) Korterelamu Võidu 84 Rakvere terviklik rekonstrueerimine ; (cid:127) Tamsalu, Ääsi 19 korteriühistu korterelamu terviklik rekonstrueerimine; (cid:127) Põdruse – Kunda riigimaantee truupide rajamine; (cid:127) Maag Eesti AS Rakvere lihakombinaadis erinevad ehitustööd; (cid:127) Mäepealse tehnilise taristu ehitustööd; (cid:127) Viru-Jaagupi aleviku VK tööd; (cid:127) Kivikülvi 1, Tallinn, tehnoülevaatushoone ehitustööd; (cid:127) Kostivere soojatorustike rekonstrueerimine 2024 aastal; (cid:127) Rakvere Vaalakeskuse juurdeehituse välisvõrkude ehitustööd; (cid:127) Tallinnas Väike-Patarei 10a eramu ehitustööd; (cid:127) Pärnus Riia 183, tehnoülevaatushoone ehitustööd; (cid:127) Tallinnas, Masina tn veetorustike ehitustööd; (cid:127) Laagris, Jõekääru kinnistu soojavarustus I etapp; (cid:127) Rakveres Papiaru 12 tootmishoone ehitustööd; (cid:127) Kaugkütte tööd Kannikese tee 17, Vikerkaare 2, Viimsi alevik; (cid:127) Rakke ja Väike-Maarja aleviku ühisvee- ja kanalisatsioonitrasside rajamine ning rekonstrueerimine;

      AS Antaares jätkab 2024. aastal ehitustööde teostamisega ning kõrvaltegevuseks on jätkuvalt kütusetankla tegevus.

      Ettevõtte 2024. majandusaasta tulemuseks kujunes kasum summas 324 613 eurot.

      2024.a soetati põhivara 108 290 euro eest.

      2020.a sügisel alustati uue kontor-töökoja ehitust Rakverre Papiaru 23. Objekt valmib 2025 aastal. Muutunud äriplaani tõttu on planeeritud hoone välja rentida vahelaona.

      2021.a. lõpus loodi sidusettevõtte OÜ Veski 6, läbi mille hakatakse koos partneriga tegelema Rakvere linnas nelja-korruselise 21 korteriga korterelamu arenduse- ja ehitustöödega.

      2024.a. oli AS Antaares töötajate keskmine arv 37 ning arvestatud töötasu kokku 602 375 eurot, sealhulgas tegevjuhi töötasu 25 150 eurot. AS

      Antaares tegevjuht on ka firma juhatuse liige. Ettevõtte juhatuse ja nõukogu liikmetele juhtorganites osalemise eest eraldi lisatasusid ei makstud.

      Juhatuse hinnangul on AS Antaares jätkuvalt tegutsev majandusüksus.
