      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Ettevõtte peamiseks tegevusalaks on kalapüük, kala töötlemine ja säilitamine.

      2024.majandusaasta müügitulu oli 1 233 144 eurot, mis oli võrreldes 2023. majandusaastaga 208 822 euro võrra suurem.

      Sellest 93% moodustas müügikäive Eestis ja 7% Euroopa Liidu riikides.

      Ettevõte lõpetas majandusaasta kahjumiga 54 362 eurot. Võrreldes 2023. majandusaastaga on firma kahjum vähenenud 321 082 euro võrra.

      Seoses 2023 a individuaalkvootide sisseviimisega on kalapüük aruandeaastal stabiliseerunud ja on võimalik ette planeerida tootmist ning värske kala ja kalatoodete müüki.

      Keskmine töötajate arv oli majandusaastal 20 ning tööjõukulud kokku 317 314 eurot.

      Järgnevatel aastatel on ettevõtte eesmärk laiendada oma tegevust nii Eesti siseturul kui välisturul, jätkates tänast põhitegevust.

      Ettevõte eesmärk järgnevatel aastatel on suurendada toodangu sortimenti, parandada kvaliteeti ja sedakaudu laiendada ostjaskonda ning kasutada enam Eesti ja Baltikumi turupotentsiaali. Individuaalkvootide rakendamine võimaldab järgnevatel aastatel vaadata tulevikuplaanide teostamisse ja elluviimisse positiivselt.

      Osakapitali tugevdamiseks võetakse kasutusele majanduslikud meetmed.

      Juhatus on üheliikmeline, kellele majandusaasta jooksul antud tegevuse eest tasu ei makstud ega võimaldatud muid rahalisi või mitterahalisi soodustusi.
