      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Aktsiaselts Rauameister on 1996 aastal asutatud Eesti masinaehitusettevõte puistematerjalide teisaldusseadmete projekteerimiseks ja tootmiseks peamiselt energeetika sektori tarbeks EU ettevõtetele. Välismaiseid filiaale ei ole. Oleme regioonis oluline metallide töötlemistööstus ja tööandja. Ettevõtet juhib aktsiaseltsi nõukogu poolt määratud juhatus.

      Juhatuse liige on ühtlasi ka ettevõtte tegevjuht.

      Aruandeaastal müügitulu kahanes 17 % võrra 6,815 miljoni euroni, toodangu mahu 14 % vähenemise juures. Kogu toodangust 99 % tarniti allhanke korras Euroopa Liidu riikidesse.

      Kriisidest ja majanduslangusest tulenev ebastabiilsus tekitas 467 tuhande eurose kahjumi.

      2026 aastal AS Rauameistri põhitegevus jätkub. Muutunud majanduskeskkond, ebastabiilsed toorme ja energia hinnad, jätkuv palgasurve üldise inflatsiooni tingimustes sunnib tõstma tootmise efektiivsust teadmises, et energeetika sektor vajab jätkuvalt uuendatud ja uusi seadmeid ning tootmisliine. Möödunud aastal alustatud ettevõtte digitaliseerimise ja tootmisprotsesside automatiseerimise projektiga jätkame eesmärgiga juurutada tegevused olulises osas 2026 aastal. Tegevuse kaasrahastamiseks esitatud taotlus Ettevõtluse ja

      Innovatsiooni Sihtasutusele on saanud heakskiidu. Investeeringutest jätkame omavahendite arvelt 2025 aastal alustatud vanade tootmishoonete remondi ja rekonstrueerimisega ning seadmete uuendamisega.

      AS Rauameister ostu- ja müügivaluutaks on euro ning valuutakurssidest tulenev risk ebaoluline. Peamisteks finantsinstrumentideks on raha ja raha ekvivalendid, nõuded ostjate vastu ning tarnijatele ja töövõtjatele tasumata kohustised. Finantsinstrumentide kasutamisel igapäevases majandustegevuses ning nende juhtimisel lähtutakse konservatiivsetest põhimõtetest, mille eesmärgiks on tagada piisav likviidsus, varade säilivus ning finantsriskide minimeerimine. Ettevõtte tegevuses puudub hooajalisus, kuid materjalide ja toorme hindade tõusu maandamiseks katavad strateegiliste materjalide varud olulise osa järgneva aasta vajadusest. Olulisi keskkonna- ja sotsiaalseid mõjusid AS Rauameister tegevusega ei kaasne.
