      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Aktsiaselts Rauameister on 1996 aastal asutatud masinaehitusettevõte puistematerjalide teisaldusseadmete projekteerimiseks ja tootmiseks peamiselt energeetika sektori tarbeks.

      Oleme regioonis oluline metallide töötlemistööstus ja tööandja enam, kui sajale töötajale.

      Aruandeaastal müügitulu vähenes 16,4 % võrra 8,05 miljoni euroni ja toodangu maht vähenes 25 % võõra. Kogu toodangust 98,9 % tarniti allhanke korras Euroopa Liidu riikidesse, peamiselt Soome Vabariiki. Kriisidest tulenev ebastabiilsus meie partnerite turgudel, sh vene turu kadumine ja sellest tulenev allhangete vähenemine on ka toodangu mahu vähenemise peamine põhjus.

      2024 aastal AS Rauameistri põhitegevus jätkub. Muutunud majanduskeskkonda, ebastabiilseid toorme ja energia hindu ning jätkuvat palgasurvet inflatsiooni tingimustes võib käsitleda väljakutsena, mis sunnib tõstma tootmise efektiivsust teadmises, et energeetika sektor vajab jätkuvalt uuendatud ja uusi seadmeid ning tootmisliine. AS Rauameister lähemate aastate eesmärk on digipööre. 2024 aastal alustatakse koos asjatundjatega ja EAS toetusega digitaliseerimise teekaardi koostamist, sh meile sobiva ERP tarkvara rakendamiseks.

      AS Rauameister ostu- ja müügivaluutaks on euro. Tehingute tegemisel finantsvaraga on lähtutud väga konservatiivsetest investeerimispõhimõtetest eesmärgiga tagada finantsvara likviidsus, väärtuse säilivus ja ka tulu teenimine. Ettevõtte tegevuses puudub hooajalisus, kuid materjalide ja toorme hindade tõusu maandamiseks katavad strateegiliste materjalide varud olulise osa järgneva aasta vajadusest.
