      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Baltyre Eesti AS kontserni põhitegevuseks 2023. aastal oli jätkuvalt laia sortimendi ja otstarbega rehvide jae- ja hulgikaubandus, samuti rehvide ja remondi- ja montaažiteenuste osutamine. Firma struktuuris 2023. aastal olulisi muudatusi ei toimunud. Jätkuvalt on arenenud 2012. aasta kevadel Läti Vabariigis, Jelgavas tööd alustanud tütarettevõtte Baltyre Latvia SIA tegevus. Baltyre Eesti AS osalus Baltyre Latvia SIA´s on 80%.

      alates 2015. aasta suvest on Baltyre Eesti AS-l osalus ka Leedus Utenas tegutsevas Baltyre LT UAB-s, mille osalus on 52%-i.

      Suuremad tarnijad - Bridgestone Europe NV/SA, SIA Baltyre Fincom, Tianli (Hiina), Continental, Nokian, Yokohama TWS, Pronar (Poola) jt.

      See aasta jätkus suuresti sealt, kus 2022. aasta lõppes. Languses olid kõik sektorid. Meie kliente mõjutab selgelt majanduse olukord

      Skandinaavias. Tarnetega üldiselt 2023.aastal probleeme ei esinenud, detsembris aga hakkasid Aasia transpordi hinnad üles liikuma.

      Peamiseks põhjuseks konflikt Lähis-Idas. Sel saab olema selge surve 2024.aasta hindade tõusuks. Kontserni valuutakursi ja laenuintresside kõikumise riskid on seotud Euroopa Liidu majanduskeskkonna muutustega.

      Kontserni käive moodustas 2023. aastal 33,3 mln eurot (2022: 42,9 mln eurot). Konsolideeritud kasum 2023: 1,0 mln (2022: 2,7 mln).

      Kontsern annab tööd 61 töötajale (2022: 62 töötajat), keskmine brutotasu ületab riigipõhiselt mediaantöötasu määra. Mõju keskkonnale on riigipõhiselt reguleeritud, maaletoodud rehvide koguselt tuleb tasuda keskkonnatasu ja tegeleda kasutatud rehvide ringkäitlusega.

      Konsolideeritava üksuse ja konsolideerimisgrupi investeerimispoliitika on konservatiivne. Aruandeperioodil investeeris kontsern põhivarasse 68 tuhat eurot (2022: 158 tuhat eurot). Kontserni finantseerimisstrateegia tugineb oluliselt tugeval omakapitalil ja vajadusel kaasatakse pangavahendeid. Valuutariskide maandamisel on peamised lepingute arveldusvaluutana kasutusel Euro.

      2024. algus on sarnaselt 2023. lõpuga jätkuvalt languses. Puutumata pole jäänud ükski sektor. Poliitiline ja majanduslik olukord on maailmas endiselt väga keeruline ning see mõjutab meid nii otseselt kui ka kaudselt. Pikaajalisi plaane on täna keeruline teha ning tuleb olla ülimalt paindlik. Huvitav on vaadata, kas ja millal baasintressimäära langemine meie äri mõjutama hakkab.
