      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Osaühing Karmilles on tegutsenud juba aastast 1996.a. Jätkuvalt on jäänud peamiseks tegevusalaks raamatupidamisteenused. Osakaal majandusaastal oli 93,31 % (2023.a. 97,13%). Raamatupidamisteenuseid osutatakse äriühingutele, sihtasutustele, mittetulundusühingutele, korteriühistutele kui ka füüsilisest isikust ettevõtjatele. Klientide tegevusvaldkonnad on suhteliselt erinevad. Oleme saavutanud suhteliselt hea püsiklientuuri, mis tagab ka ettevõtte majandustegevuse stabiilsuse.

      Ettevõtte tegeleb ka vähesel määral kinnisvarade rentimisega, kuna on omandatud kinnisvarainvesteeringud investeerimise eesmärgil.Majandusaastal müüdi 2 kinnistut ja otsustati välismaale investeerida. Kinnisvarainvesteeringu ettemaks tehti 2024.a., aga ostutehing jääb järgmisse majandusaastasse. Selleks taotleti ka laen, mis makstakse välja investeeringu tegemisel.

      Järgmisel majandusaastal jätkatakse sama tegevusega ja suurem investeering ongi välismaale kinnisvara ost.
