      Osaühing Segers Eesti 2024. a. majandusaasta aruanne

      Sissejuhatus

      Segers Eesti OÜ kuulub Rootsi kontserni Segers Fabriker AB. Emaettevõtte omab 100% Segers Eesti OÜ osakapitalist.

      Segers Eesti OÜ tegeleb kergete tööriiete tootmise teenuse ostmise, tootmise ja müügiga.

      Ettevõtte põhiartikliteks on kokajakid, põlled ning muud restoranides, hotellides, haiglates jne kasutatavad ametiriided. Segers Eesti majandusaasta lõppeb 31.detsembril.

      Segers Eesti müügitulu 2024 aastal vähenes võrreldes 2023 aastaga 601 431 euro võrra, kuid on viimaste 5-7 aastate keskmise tasemel (5 mln eurot). Kõrghooaeg on ettevõttes august, september ja oktoober.

      Madalhooaeg on veebruar, märts ja aprill. Ettevõtte käiberentaablus (ärikasum/müügitulu*100%) oli 2023 aastal 7,14% ja 2024 aastal moodustus 8,34%.

      Segers Eestis töötas 2024 aastal keskmiselt 39 inimest.

      Tulu, kulud, kasum

      Valdav osa Segers Eesti OÜ 2024 aasta müügitulust (5,08 mln eurot) tuleb müügist Eestis (4,99 mln eurot, peamiselt müük emaettevõtte lattu, mis asub Eestis), 56 665 euro eest Rootsi ja 13 003 euro eest Lätti.

      Lühiajalisi kohustusi on ettevõttel 276 784 eurot, kusjuures laenukohustusi jätkuvalt ei ole.

      Kaupu, tooret, materjali ja teenuseid on ostetud sisse 3,6 mln euro eest, mis on 682 545 euro võrra vähem kui 2023 aastal (proportsiooni müügituluga säilides). Tööjõukulu suurenes 47 642 euro võrra, 2023 aastaga võrreldes.

      Omakapital vähenes 1 741 118 euro võrra.

      Majandusaasta oli lõpetatud kahjumiga 1 741 118 eurot. Omakapitali vähenemine ja kahjumiga majandusaasta lõpetamine on tingitud üksnes tütarettevõtte Segers Texhouse Ltd põhikapitali investeeringute allahindlusest ja ettemaksete ebatõenäoliselt laukuvateks nõueteks kandmisest.

      Juhatuse liikme tasusid 2024 aastal ei makstud.

      Investeeringud

      Ettevõtte investeeris aruandeaastal masinate ja seadmetesse 44,5 tuhat eurot, millset suurem osa kuulus uute tikkimismasinate soetamiseks.

      Tütar- ja sidusettevõtted

      Segers Eestil on 100% osalusega tütarettevõte Segers Ukraina Ltd, millest osteti õmblusteenust 980 tuhat euro eest, mis on 244 tuhat euro võrra rohkem kui 2023 aastal.

      Segers Eesti OÜ osaluse suurus Pakistani tütarettevõttes Segers Texhouse Ltd on 80%. Pakistani tütarettevõttest osteti kaupu 454 tuhat euro eest, mis on 889 tuhat euro võrra vähem 2023 aastaga võrreldes.

      Arengusuunad järgmiseks aastaks

      Klientidega usaldusväärsete suhete säilimine on ettevõtte jaoks jätkuvalt aktuaalne. Kontserni juhtkonna suurema tähelepanu all on jätkuvalt kontserni jätkusuutlikkuse tagamine läbi töötajate professionaalsuse tõstmise, toote arendamise, töö tõhususe parendamise ja uute pikaajaliste kokkulepe-/lepingute klientidega saavutamise.
