Tegevusaruanne 2025

Sissejuhatus

Segers Eesti OÜ kuulub Rootsi kontserni NSTN Group AB (kontserni uus omanik alates novembrist 2025) ettevõttele Segers Fabriker AB.

Emaettevõtte omab 100% Segers Eesti OÜ osakapitalist.

Segers Eesti OÜ tegeleb kergete töörõivaste tootmise-, ostu- ja müügiga.

Ettevõtte põhiartikliteks on kokajakid, põlled ning muud restoranides, hotellides, haiglates jne kasutatavad ametiriided. Segers Eesti majandusaasta lõppeb 31. detsembril.

Segers Eesti müügitulu 2025 aastal suurenes võrreldes 2024 aastaga 278 538 euro võrra. Kõrghooaeg on ettevõttes august, september ja oktoober. Madalhooaeg on veebruar, märts ja aprill. Ettevõtte käiberentaablus (ärikasum/müügitulu*100%) oli 2024 aastal -5,89% (ärikahjum) ja 2025 aastal moodustus 8,43%.

Segers Eestis töötas 2025 aastal keskmiselt 40 inimest.

Tulu, kulud, kasum

Valdav osa Segers Eesti OÜ 2025 aasta müügitulust (5,36 mln eurot) tuleb müügist Eestis (5,27 mln eurot, peamiselt müük emaettevõtte lattu, mis asub Eestis).

Lühiajalisi kohustusi on ettevõttel 257 001 eurot, kusjuures laenukohustusi jätkuvalt ei ole.

Kaupu, tooret, materjali ja teenuseid on ostetud sisse 3,86 mln euro eest, mis on 220 tuh euro võrra rohkem kui 2024 aastal (proportsiooni müügituluga säilitades). Tööjõukulu suurenes 61 036 euro võrra, 2024 aastaga võrreldes.

Majandusaasta lõpetati kasumiga 453 041 eurot.

Investeeringud

Aruandeaastal olulisi investeeringuid ei tehtud. 2026 aastaks on plaanitud äri- ja laohoone renoveerimine.

Tütar- ja sidusettevõtted

Segers Eestil on 100% osalusega tütarettevõte Segers Ukraina Ltd, millest osteti õmblusteenust 1,143 mln euro eest, mis on 163 tuhat euro võrra rohkem kui 2024 aastal.

2025 aastal müüs Segers Eesti OÜ oma osaluse Pakistani tütarettevõttes Segers Texhouse Ltd kontserni kuuluvale ettevõttele Alelunds Holding

AB. Seejärel algas Segers Texhouse Ltd likvideerimisprotsess Pakistanis. Likvideeritud ettevõtte vara plaanitakse saata Eestisse.

Arengusuunad järgmiseks aastaks

Seoses kontserni müügiga NSTN Group AB-le 2025. aasta novembris on oodata arengusuundade muutusi nii kontserni kui ka Segers Eesti OÜ tasandil.

Klientidega usaldusväärsete suhete säilimine on ettevõtte jaoks jätkuvalt aktuaalne. Kontserni juhtkonna suurema tähelepanu all on kontserni jätkusuutlikkuse tagamine läbi töötajate professionaalsuse tõstmise, toote arendamise, töö tõhususe parendamise ja klientidega uute, pikaajaliste kokkulepete/lepingute saavutamise.
