      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Osaühing Kris põhitegevuseks on meenete, kunstiesemete ja –tarvete jaemüük spetsialiseeritud kauplustes. Kogu tegevus toimub Eesti

      Vabariigis. 2023.aastal jätkati põhitegevust.

      2006.aastal renditi kaupluseruumid Tartu kesklinnas.

      2017. aastast alates oli OÜ Krisi ainsaks müügikohaks Tartus renditud kaupluseruumid. 2023.aastal renditi lisaks laopinda.

      2022.aastal seljatati koroona selles mõistes, et piirangud sisuliselt puudusid, kuid juba varitses majandust uus oht. Venemaa alustas laiaulatuslikku sõda Ukraina vastu. See asjaolu tekitas uued kõrgused hinnamajanduses, eriti oli seda näha elektriarvetel. Ja muidugi muutus turistide arv ja ka maksevõime. Kuid ometigi saadi head tulemused müüginumbrites ja kasumis.

      2023.aastal ei muutunud sisuliselt suurt muud kui, et hinnatõus oli veidi aeglasem, kuid oma teed alustas majanduslangus.

      Juhtkond on võtnud tarvitusele kõik meetmed säilitamaks oma ettevõtte jätkusuutlikkus.

      Osaühing Kris alustas tegevust 1991.aastal.

      Dividende 2023.aastal makstud ei ole.
