Pafer Joint Stock Company is part of the Alands Penningautomatförening (PAF) group. PAF is an international gambling company based in Mariehamn, Åland, which was established in 1966. The Paf Group employs a total of about 315 employees in more than 30 countries, who operate in offices located in Europe and on board Baltic Sea cruise ships.

● ML Silja Europa on the Tallinn- Helsinki-Tallinn line was off the line from 02.01.2022 - 27.03.2022 and due to a malfunction again from 07.04.2022 - 20.04.2022.

During the period 28.03.2022 - 06.04.2022, the ship sailed on a different schedule than usual and as a result, gambling was organized on the ship in a limited volume during this period. All slot machines were fully opened on 01.05.2022.

From 14.08.2022 until the end of the year, ML Silja Europa was off the line and no gambling was organized on the ship.
