      Käesolev tegevusaruanne hõlmab perioodi 01. juuli 2023 kuni 30. juuni 2024. EBS Executive Education OÜ peamiseks tegevusalaks on täiskasvanute täiendkoolitus. EBS Executive Education OÜ emaettevõte on Sihtasutus Estonian Business School , mis on registreeritud Eestis.

      EBS Executive Education on AoEC ametlik litsenseeritud esindaja Eestis. 2023-2024 aastal jätkus koostöö Hogan Assessmests Systems'iga.

      EBS Executive Education OÜ müügitulu oli 2023-2024. aastal 1 266 314 eurot. Ettevõte kasum 2023-2024 aastal oli 68 514 eurot. EBS

      Executive Education OÜ juhatuse liikmele ei makstud töötasu. Põhikohaga töötajaid oli aruandeperioodi lõpuks 6, lektorid töötasid valdavalt käsunduslepingute alusel. Oluline muudatus on kogu ettevõtte äritegevuse üle andmine ettevõtte emale SA Estonian Business School, kes võtab üle kõk tütre õigused ja kohustused alates 1.7.2024.
