      Tarmeko Spoon OÜ põhitegevuseks on kasespooni treimine ja voodipõhjalippide tootmine ning müük.

      2023. aastal reorganiseeris ettevõtte omanik OÜ Tarmeko KV AS'i Tarmeko Spoon ümber Tarmeko Spoon

      OÜ'ks ning suurendas osakapitali. 2023. aastal lisandus ettevõte omanikuks osakapitali täiendava suurendamisega Itaalia ettevõte MPZ GROUP S.R.L.

      Tarmeko Spoon OÜ'i müügiturgudel muutus 2022. aastal olukord peale veebruaris alanud sõda Ukrainas.

      Oluliselt kasvasid spooni müügi hinnad ja mahud ning ettevõtte müügitulu. 2024. aastal olid hinnad ja toodangu müügimaht sarnane 2023. aastaga.

      Tarmeko Spoon OÜ jaoks on kasepakk tootmise põhitooraine. Alates 2022. aastast on kasepaku sisseostu hind oluliselt suurenenud, kuid 2024. aastal hinnad stabiliseerusid. Tootmises tuleb toorme hankimisel arvestada sessoonse eripäraga - kevadeti tuleb tarnida suurem palgi varu, et tagada ühtlane tootmine suvisel perioodil.

      2023. aastal alustati spooni tootmisseadmete suurema uuendamisega ning tootmishoone laiendamisega.

      Ettevõtte seadmete uuendamine viidi lõpule 2024. aastal, tänu millele paranes toodetava spooni kvaliteet.

      Tarmeko Spoon OÜ'l ei olnud 2024. aastal olulisi majandussündmuseid, mis ei kajastu majandusaasta aruandes, kuid mis mõjutaks majandustulemusi 2024. ja sellele järgnevatel aastatel.

      Ettevõtte ei kasuta oma tegevuses finantsinstrumente, mis vajaks eraldi finantsriskide maandamist.

      Tarmeko Spoon OÜ tegevus ei mõjuta oma tegevusega oluliselt keskkonda.
