      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Wizard Logistics AS tegeles aruandeperioodil tööjõu rendiga emaettevõttele. Tellija kliente teenindatakse erinevates Euroopa riikides.

      Sihtrühmaks on kliendid, kes vajavad oma tegevuses kindla temperatuurirežiimiga kaubaveo teenust.

      2023. aastal suunati kogu teenuste maht jätkuvalt Soome emafirmale, mis kindlustas õigeaegse ja kohase tasu tehtud töö eest ja võimaldas vältida kadusid raha laekumises.

      Wizard Logistics AS käive oli 2024.a 147600 eurot ja kasum 3886 eurot.

      Veokijuhid saavad oma tööga hästi hakkama ja on töötingimustega rahul, tööjõu voolavust ei esine.

      Juhatuse liikmele 2024. aastal tasu ei makstud. Töötajatele maksti palka kokku 85 243 eurot. Wizard Logistics AS palgal oli lõppenud majandusaastal 3 autojuhti, 2 Eestis ja 1 Saksamaal.

      Järgmisel majandusaastal jätkame autojuhtide rendiga Euroopas. Juhatus on aktsionäri korduvalt teavitanud vajadusest omakapital seadusega vastavusse viia. Aastaaruande koostamise käigus on enamusaktsionäri juhtkond lubanud selle probleemi lahenduse otsimisega kohe alustada kui aastaaruanne valmis. Nüüd on otsustatud aktsiaselts ümber kujundada osaühinguks ja seoses sellega kapitali vähendada.
