      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Halinga OÜ põhitegevuseks on piima tootmine.

      Firma majandustulemused sõltuvad meile makstavast piima kokkuostuhinnast, meie tegevustest ja oskustest piima toota ning väljalüpstava piima kogusest. 2023 aastal on piima kokkuostuhind olnud languses. 2023 aasta lõpu poole hinna langus peatus ja oli ka väike hinnatõus. Aasta tulemust mõjutas tootmiseks vajalike sisseostetud kaupade kõrge hind. Aruande esitamise ajal on piimahind stabiliseerunud ja kerges tõusus. Prognoos on, et piimahinna tõus on jätkuv.

      2023 aasta olulisemateks sündmusteks on tegevused Halinga OÜ kohustuste refinantseerimisel ja võimaliku investori kaasamine. Aruande esitamise ajaks on investori kaasamiseks kokkulepped sõlmitud, kuid vastavalt keh$vatele seadustele on vaja veel kooskõlastusi, mis aruande esitamise ajaks ei ole veel saabunud.

      Tänaseks kõige suuremaks väljakutseks on meie mahtudes piima tootmise keskkonnaalastele nõudmisetele vastavusse viimine. See protsess on pidev ja nõuab jätkuvalt panustamist.

      Halinga OÜ-l on olemas detailplaneering biogaasijaama ehitamiseks, mille töösse rakendamine lahendab väga paljud keskkonnaprobleemid. Biogaasijaama ehitust on plaanis alustada 2024 aastal.

      Halinga OÜ on suuruselt kolmas piimatootja +es$s. Pidev töö loomade heaolu tagamisel ja tegelemine keskkonnaküsimustega näitavad, et Halinga OÜ tegevus on jätkusuutlik ja suunatud tulevikku.
